Privacy Policy - ED CELL Application Effective Date: 2025-09-08 This Privacy Policy applies to the ED CELL mobile application (“Application”), developed by Jagadish Prasad Pattanaik (“Developer” or “Service Provider”), and provided as a free service for the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (ED CELL) under the Odisha University of Technology and Research (“OUTR” or “University”). 1. Overview The Application is offered “AS IS” for use by students and staff of OUTR’s ED CELL. The Developer does not have access to, collect, store, or process any personal data of users. All data processing, management, and usage are conducted solely by ED CELL and its authorized personnel. Preamble This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by Jagadish Prasad Pattanaik , the sole developer and copyright holder of the ED CELL platform (website and/or mobile application), and the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (ED CELL) . This Agreement governs the usage, maintenance, ownership, attribution, and liability terms of the ED CELL system, including all code, design, logic, and infrastructure for both the website and the app. 2.
